To maximize your time with your shadower, we recommend that you plan out your session from start to finish ahead of time.
Maximization strategies
- Set goals for the session:
Whether you explicitly list these goals for your shadower or not, you should prepare a set of goals you would like to accomplish before the session concludes.
- Prepare your projects ahead of time:
Whether you and your shadower work on a project for work or a project you created specifically for the session, you should have everything ready ahead of time, unless the set up itself is part of the learning experience.
- Stay organized:
You should organize your tools, equipment, folders, programs and any other resources necessary for the session.
