Minors under the age of 13 are not allowed to use Shadower's services and we request that they do not provide personal information on the platform. Minors 13 and above are permitted to provide personal information, create a profile, communicate and transact on the platform with the involvement of a parent or guardian. Since the legal minimum age to own a credit card is 18 years old, we suggest that a parent or guardian assists shadowers under 18 when setting up an account.

Minors over 13 years old are allowed to bring one parent or guardian with them during the shadowing session free of charge. Experts are expected to reasonably accommodate adding the minor's parent or guardian to the session.
